Morning all, coffee and more coffee for breakfast. Little man went to the sister-in-laws so I could all the little crap done around the house before I ship.
Drill yesterday was, well lets just say it was interesting. Fortunately there is four other Marines in my Company three who are in my assigned platoon so that's a positive.

74 and fair wind @ 10mph from the north.
pretty mellow weekend took the family to the beach Saturday all day, surfing and playing went home and grilled some burgers and dogs, overall a very nice day. The funny thing is I was grilling these burgers and dogs and daydreaming about Remorse's high speed menu and feeling all jealous then I read his after action report and don't feel so bad now, so thanks brother you made me laugh so hard I almost pi**ed my pants.

Coffee and pineapple chunks for breakfast. Not a good taste together, must be the french vanilla cream but I'm feeling guilty cause Docs on a diet so I'll give it a week before I fold.

Good morning everyone, looks like we'll have some more rain, and TS's today. Looks like the news from Detroit is getting worse. GM has told the Gubmint that bankruptcy is very possible. AND....it looks like we'll be able to buy a Corvette for half price, from dealers going out of business! This economic mess is going to get a LOT worse, and I think violent protests, and hungry families will do whatever it takes to get the people in Washington...to listen!! I hope everyone has a good day, and remembers our Marines in harms way....DOC
