Thread: PFT Standards?

Perfect 300 for a Female Marine is hang 70 sec on the bar, 100 crunches in two mikes and 21 min 3 mile run... I have yet to accomplish that a 21 min run. My current PFT score is 295 I need to knock off those few seconds from my run. Every 10 sec is a point.

Marine's shouldn't know what the min. PFT requirements are!!! Thats nothing to strive for! Go for that perfect 300!

3mile run,pullups,crunches,i believe that is the PFT.dont have times etc.FYI- the MC has just added the CFT-combat fitness test to everything else they do.it has been found too many Marines are getting hurt,pulled muscles etc.,so the Commandant added the CFT-still in the testing stage,but looks like a 3 event workout.look in the latest Mens Health mag and you will see it.i made up my own workout and its a tough one;besides all the other stuff i do in the gym
