    Keep in mind that muscle tends to weigh more than fat, also try to change up your routine, your body gets use to your daily activites therefore, you are not burning enough calories as you were at the beginning when you started o working out. For example alternate cardio one day and whatever you need to do the next day. Sort of like " Shock and Awe" your body
