NJROTC Program
If you completed three years of the njrotc program do you still need the 15 college credits to enlist in the marines along with the GED?

You don't NEED 15 college credits at the moment to join with a GED. Right now if you have a GED it kinda goes like this.. You will wait a while until they open a spot for you. Then when the spot is open they will tell you "Okay, you can go now. However, you're leaving next Monday".

Want Dan629 basically summed up is the description of a Tier II. What you are speaking about is the fact you need a GED and 15 college credits to go Tier I and receive a ship date of your own like any other Poolee.
As for being enrolled in NJROTC for three years helping, I'd say most likely no. But that is not my field, a Marine, probably a recruiter, would be the best person to address about this issue.
