Hoping to get run under 10:00 before I ship out, one of my buddies shipped with an 10:45 1 1/2 & came out with an 18:45 three mile. Obviously, you'll get what you put in to it but that's all the more motivation for myself.

Just ran my last ist before I ship on Thursday,
Pullups:18(sadly I can do 20, often more, bad day)
crunches:128
1.5 mile run:8:47.(once again, not my best)
Overall I'm confident in my physical abilities. Unfortunately boot camp has very llittle invested into it physically. It's all mental. Not too much of an advantage.

As of the last IST I've done, I did 9 pull ups, 65 or 70 crunches (can't remember exactly, I do know that it was a multiple of 5 :P), and 12:37 on the mile and a half. I've been progressing since then, especially on the pull ups, within a couple weeks I raised my max set from 9 to 11 and I'm still goin. I'll see how I do at the next IST function in about 3 weeks.
