Pullups- only 6. I used to do 14 back in August before I started working out, but I've put on 15 lbs of muscle and have constantly been fatigued. It was a poolee function 2 days after doing upper body lifting at the gym. Not too happy about it. Should I take a break from lifting and focus on just running before going to boot in two weeks?
Situps-82
1.5 mile run- 11:21. All I have been doing is running on the treadmill for 3 mile runs. The IST was outside in 20 degree weather, it was definitely a little harder to breathe but I did a pretty fast time in my opinion.

Just had a Poolee Function this past Saturday.
Pull ups: 14
Crunches: 112
1.5 mile run: 11:31
I'm more of a slow and steady runner and usually sprint near the end. I should probably sprint more during my run? Or run at a faster pace?

Pull-ups: 11
Sit-ups: 119
1.5 mile run: 12:10
Run time freaking sucks, even though I run all the time. Pull-ups and sit-ups have steadily increased since I've been PT'ing at my RSS, though.

First IST (July):
2 Pullups
55 situps
12:05 1.5 mile run.
Most recent (Jan 28)
7 pullups
90 situps
9:54 1.5 mile run
Pretty good improvement I would say. Wrestling has helped me a lot. I would recommend that sport to any high school students looking to get fit for the Marines. From what I understand, it is (arguably) the most physically challenging sport, and best for overall body conditioning.
Plus, it's definitely good preparation for boot camp. There are a lot of boot camp style exercises, a bit of pain, and a bit of yelling.

When I first DEP'd in my IST was 6 pullups, 8:20 1.5miles, 75 sit ups.. Since that time, 2months later of doing some serious working out, I'm able to do 15 pullups, 7:30 1.5 miles, and 95 sit ups.
My running time isn't a joke! just for those naysayers who want to bash me and not believe i'm telling the truth.. I was a high school and D1 College distance runner.
