    Well, that score was a month ago at the last pool function, but from now, i usually smoke about 4 cigarettes a day but i switched to dip

    although it still aint good, its better for my lungs than smoking

    Well at 38 1/2 years old I just did:

    Crunches 72
    Pull ups 11
    Run time, well its currently raining but I am sure it will be horrid lol

    I did my own IST at my house today.. Results were as followed.

    1.5 Mile run: 14:02
    Pull ups: 4
    Sit ups: 77

    I've been working my ass off and seeing improvements, only 17lbs until I can enlist!

    1st IST- 2weeks ago
    Pullups-15
    Crunches-100
    1.5 mile- 11:02


    2nd IST-Today
    Pullups-18
    Crunches-100
    1.5 mile- 10:52 (yeah, I need to work on it)

    Feels to me you bumped up this really old thread, didn't fill out your profile, just to show off your IST stats. They are great scores and I hope you the best, but you reallly didn't need to bring this thread up. Good Luck!

    We just recently ran a full PFT (my recruiter changed his mind from an IST to a PFT) on wednesday to see where everyone was at and to establish a guide for the plattoon.

    3 mile - 18:34
    pull ups - 24
    crunches - 146

    I can run better...atleast I have 40 days to get below 18!

    Last IST scores (about a month ago)

    11/2 mile - 8:25
    Pull ups - 25
    crunches - 149

    I just DEP'd in about a month and a half ago. I've never done any sport ever and I spent my entire summer on the computer playing Team Fortress 2. heh. I don't know what I was at, but this is me now.

    pullups: 15

    crunches: 85
