    Im not in DEP yet I have to wait, until october until i can do anything, but I found this web site www.oorah.com/store/gen/pt.asp has a good work out program, I started doing it and it gets the job done...

    I think you messed up on the link a little, unless you were wanting to send everyone to a Jewish religious site. I would guess you were trying to get people to http://www.oo-rah.com/store/gen/pt.asp

    Tony Haynes knows his stuff and there are some great workouts on that site.
