    While you where at Boot did one of your DI's tell you to go ask the SDI for a "Quickie E6" ?

    That would have been rather silly since my senior was a Sgt. and not a SSgt.

    That said, every time I've heard that joke it is "Prick E7" which is amazingly close to a PRC-77, which is an old radio that was replaced by the SINCGARS.
