    Thumbs up Rota and Rockhampton

Rota, Spain, Operation African Lion 2005: great food, cheap wine, cheaper women.

Rockhampton, Queensland, Australia, Operation Talisman Sabre 2007: four days of booze, kangaroo steaks, and freaky Aussie women (and folks are so POLITE down there - in Rockhampton, that is.)

I'min agreement with the Lady, Six...

PI means the Philippines... my firsat duty station.

Living in quonset huts, monkeys in the trash cans and snakes in the hooches...

After Pinatubo there was no such thing as bad paperwork/NJP for our "wayward troops" you shoveled ash for XXX amount of days.

    Those were the days!

    Pattaya, Thailand is memorable.
Henoko is about as dull as it gets, but Okuma Air Force resort is fun.

    Subic Bay- Station Ditto

Nothing better than waking up in T's Tavern or DMZ. First duty station and I got to stay for 18 months! Suprised I made it out alive. Wonder what happened to the Marine who owned DMZ?

The O-House on the Triangle in J-Ville NC was a dive but a great time if you got to sit up in the Mafia lounge. Anywhere in Rota spain was great. If your in a pinch the Navel Dock in Crete was fun but we didnt get to explore the base just sat there at the dock getting loaded. I was so trashed that night I guess I tried to salute the nonexsitant flag when I got back on ship at like 0300.
