1. to take charge of my post and all government property in view
2. to walk my post in a military manner keeping always on the alert and observing everything within sight and hearing
3. to report all violations of orders i'm instructed to enforce
4. to repeart all calls more distant from the guard house than my own
5. to quit my post only when properly relieved
6. to recieve obey and pass on to the sentry who relieves me all orders from the commanding officer officer of the day and all officers and noncommisioned officers of the guard only
7. to talk to no one in the line of duty
8. to sound the alarm in case of fire or disorter
9. to call the corporal guard in any case not covered by instructions
10. to salute all officer colors and standards not cased by instructions
11. to be especially watchful at night and during the time for challenging challenge all people on or near my post and to let noone to pass without proper authority
Out of the Makine a Marine booklet that they have us memorize out of there is no 12th general order sir

GENERAL ORDER 13:
To walk my post in a military manner and take no $hit from the Company Commander. These orders I just recieved from the son of a ***** I just relieved.

Ya still screwed it up. Go back and look at the post where I first asked ya do to that! In boot camp, you'll keep repeatin' it, whatever it is, til ya get it right or 'til the DI gets tired.

orders don't mean ya do it when ya get a minute. They don't mean ya think about about anything else when the order is bein' given. Ya just listen and do. now. Hear and obey.
You won't be a mindless automaton. You will be trained to think for yerself, but when an order is given. Listen and do.
That was my point.
