There has been an accident.

Hi all
You guys dont know me. My name is Toby. I work with Anna.

Two days ago she was in a serious car accident. She is in a critical but stable condition in hospital at the moment. Two people were killed one of them was the driver of her car. Her son Nathan escaped with minor injuries.

I was in Israel with Anna just recently and heard about you guys non stop. I think she'd have wanted you to know. We heard alot about you guys and from the glimpse that I get at the topics here I can see why she was spending so much time here.

For those of you that know Anna can you please send out a few prayers. We have no real word yet of how serious it is. I do know doctors have tranfused more than twice the amt of blood she had in her body origionally.

Heres an update

Update

Just back from hospital. Anna is looking a little better. She had more colour in her cheeks and has had no major problems during the night. Looks like she all patched up and is in the clear. Big relief! Before they wouldn't offer any comments as to her long term heath.

Nathan is being very brave and is doing ok. I'm going to take Nathan in again this evening about 6 our time. Its 2:45 now so I will come back and update then if there is anything more to add.

I've taped the printouts of the threads up on the wall (Nathan has drawn flowers and hearts over them so it looks nice and bright) and the nurses promise as soon as she wakes up they'll read them to her. I wasn't allowed in long enough to do so.

Thank you so much to everyone who's posted. I know she'll be so chuffed when she wakes up to know you all were thinking of her.
