    Honor, courage, commitment

You are both great examples of these. Pfc Gordon, I am glad that I did not see the before picture till now. Dang, you have done a great job...!!! The dude that does the Subway commercial has nothing on you.

PFC Gordon, you did it man. Congratulations. I know you'll be there to motivate me into a Marine when the time comes, and I'm glad you made it. We're all proud of you man.

    He's so HANDSOME! ..................heavy sigh

I put your "after" pic as wallpaper on my desktop at work - everybody that walks up and sees it is like "WHO IS THAT?" and, of course, I brag on you.

Nice pics! OOHRAH! Semper Fi little Brother!

I weighed about 180-190 5'6 my freshman year. Started going to 24hr fitness just working out constant during the summer. Watched out much i was eatting. Stayed away from Chocalte shakes from sonic, and my soph. jr. i went to subway for lunch EVERYDAY. Now im at 151 pounds 5'10

Current picture. On April 14, 2007 PROM.. Me and Girlfriend.

Yes her dad is holding a AR-15

I really didnt keep any of my pictures, because i didnt like them, and didnt want that memory anymore. So i deleted all of them on my computer, but i do have a few on actual paper that my mom wants to keep.

Without PT six days a week, I would be fat and soft, for sure.

Keep up the Good Work, Marine!
