    I defiantly need help with the stress my older brother is in the Marines and I worry a lot. I am so grateful of what is doing for our country but like all I worry .

    I pondered this idea a while back. I asked my brother, a Marine, and he told me that the best way to deal with stress is have the Marine talk to other Marines. Why go see a shrink who has never been to combat? Why seek help from anyone who has never been to combat for that matter?
