Ok...here we go.
you should have a brass buckle, one hook, two smaller brass "keepers" and one 2" white belt.
For starters the buckle goes on your right side. This will be obvious when You pick up Corporal, but its good to get in the habit now.
1:With the buckle face down, and slide the white belt into the bent-over tab with the hole.
2:slide one of the "keepers" down the end of the belt that just went through the hole.
3:fold the belt back over and run it back out the hole it came in.
4: repeat for the the hook side.
Its pretty easy once you get the hang of it. If this doesnt help keep asking and Ill give you more detailed instructions later.

On this subject......
A. Can you just purchase the belt keepers for these buckles anywhere?
B. Being an anodized buckle and all, is there anyway to remove scratches?
Thanks

Unless you score a set from ebay or some such, no.
And once scratched, anodized stuff ALWAYS remains scratched. Can't be buffed out.
