Holiday calls for Twentynine Palms Marines

The holidays are an especially tough time for Marines serving in Iraq.

But an organization called The Freedom Calls Foundation is trying to help by offering free video conference calls between Marines and their families back home.

Today, some of those calls took place at the Twentynine Palms office of a financial planner who's a former Marine and Vietnam veteran.

The Marines who participated in the calls today have been in Iraq for about three months and are expected to return home next February. If you'd like to know how to help, log on to www.FreedomCalls.org.
