    Seeking Record Info

    All...I havent done much research yet, but I wanted to see if anyone here knew any loop holes. I am seeking information for my Step Father, who is making a shadow box of his uncles service. We have his dog tags from his WWII service, and 2 pistols that were his service pistols used overseas (dont know how he kept them and dont want to know). I am wondering how to find out about his medals and ribbons though...if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated!

    On the homepage of this site you can get his DD-214. While your at it you may as well get a fresh copy of your own. It is at no cost from waht I understand. There is a young lady here named quillhill that got her grandfather's records so if she can do it anybody can.
