    Happy Birthday

    Thanks very much too all.
Yep 45 today, and heard on the radio that 10 July 1965 is when the Rolling Stones released "Satisfaction" My 8th birthday.
    Learn something new everyday.
    Thanks again.

    I earned it.

I was stationed Co. A Marine Barracks Subic Bay NAS. from Oct. 75 to Jan.77.
13 Sept. 76 to 31 Dec. 76 I was assigned to the Provost Marshal (Colonel R. B. Twohey) Special Operations Branch.
    There were twelve of us.
Sir I am one of the original of the Colonel's dirty dozen.
Had to complete a course in basic security and law enforcement (104 hours).
We were assigined to stop black market, drugs, and theft's and breakins in base housing. Under very strict firing orders.
Base was divided into six posts, mostly base houseing and perimiter. Posts were walked from approx. 2000 to 0600.
I am proud to say that everyone I chased into that #%$ *&%$ river I apprehended.
I recieved a Letter of Recognition from Colonel Twohey on 5 Jan. 77.

    Thanks for asking Marine.
