I was just dicounted for a few seconds there.

I finish my tour in the Marines July 23, 1973. And joined the
Army April 1974, which lasted until 1988. I remember when I went to my first duty station the Army which was Ft. Carson
Colorado. Anyway one night headed down to the soda machine to get a soda. to find out that there where also beer machines there also. When I heard some give cammands as a Marine Corps Drill Instructor would. Here of all places, and in the Army was my Drill Instructor from MCRD San Diego, Black Jack Marston. Over the next few years I ran into him again. In Korea, then the back in Ft. Carson Co. in 1978 which he was Medically Discharged. His knees finally gave out on him. For Time to time I would wonder what happend to them after Service. I myself getting thicker around the meddle. Bolding, hearing going and a grandpa of three Grandsons. Thanks to you all and the Veterans, my three grandsons live free. We must Keep the Faith and fight for our freedom now and for ever, for them and other children. They are our future, stand tall be counted.
