    Question Dd214

    I WAS JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE CAN TELL ME HOW TO HAVE SOMETHING ( A RIBBON ) ADDED TO MY DD214 THAT WAS LEFT OUT.

    You need to request a SF form from the VA to upgrade your discharge certificate. It is then sent to the branch of service. Call 1-800-827-1000 toll free nationwide number for the Dept. of Vet Affairs.
