    Me Too.

I also did a tour as a 6337 but on the other Coast when El Toro was still open in California. Best time of my life. If Marinepride doesn't know the answer, between the two of us we can come up with it.

If you enjoy logic and figuring out puzzles, go with Avionics.

If you like to tinker and bang on things, go with Mechanics.

Both are good choices and I knew a lot of good people in both.

It all depends on what platform you get. As for overseas you'll be in Japan. If you get Jets (hornets, harriers, or prowlers) you'll be at MCAS Iwakuni. Its on the southern portion of the main island. If you get helos you will be on Okinawa. From those two places you deploy all over that area. The places I went to were Guam, Korea, and Okinawa. In the states it also depends on the type of aircraft you work on. East coast there's a base in SC, and NC. West coast is
San Diego. Also Hawaii. Texas and Georgia have reserve units. Others have been to Austraila, singapore, thailand. Your typical work day can either be from 0700 to 1630 or from 1630 to 0700. Night crew varys depending on the work load. Day crew is usually set hours. Hope that helps. Anything else just pm me or post it here.
