Tude Knee Update.

Well it is seven long months since my Bi-Laterial Knee

surgery and other than a few clicking and cracking noises

I am doing okay , now my Goal is to get my Weight back

to 180 lbs.As I stand today I am 256 lbs. that be a lotta TUDE.

No more Pain or Pain Meds ,Thank God for that.

Well for anyone that has bad knees , I say don't put off until tomorrow what the Doc can do Today.

Waiting too is not good and now most Doctors realize that.

Come June 03 with some help I may be down to 200 lbs.
