154 Years of Service
Just thought you may be interested in these Guys,four 3 Badge Marines of the 1st Assault Group with their CO,with a total of 154 years between them,as you probably know the rank 'Marine' is equal to the rank of PFC,most of these long service Marine's prefer to stay Marine and are not interested in promotion,but are considered to be the the 'backbone' of any unit for their knowledge and talents.Aye JR

It's amazing the way you can erase the walking sticks with digital photography. There's a bevy of nurses behind the camera, hence the smiles, or is that senility? The hips on the guy on the left have slipped to his ankles, but don't tell him, he's ahppy. And before anybody comments, yes so have mine.

In the States, we get Marine Corps History (101) in bootcamp. You Royals do an admirable job of serving up the Advanced Course. (Thanks - fascinating reading & one helluva legacy).
