Spotted today while walking to class: One sh*tbag with full beard wearing open digital MARPAT desert pattern blouse, complete with emblem and nametapes. What's the latest as far as restrictions on civilian wear of the new MARPATs, if it can't reasonably be considered as actually "impersonating a Marine"?

I would guess that since civilian companies make the diggies now and sell them to the general public that it's bound to happen- I sure as hell would give someone a little attention if they sported that new "look" around me, but I doubt there's anything illegal about it.
