Just wanted to say thanks to all who have given me advice about making my decision with the Corps. I am meeting with the recruiter on Monday to make an appointment for MEPS and will be enlisting in the Reserves with a split option and doing PLC next summer. I head off to San Diego at the end of this semester for BRT and will finish my degree while in the reserves. Thanks for the guidance and suggestions from y'all.

It means I'll be in the reserves but considered "undeployable" until I finish the next two years of college. I will train in the summers and weekends as a reservist and will consider PLC training before graduation. At that time I will consider options including OCS or finding a good MOS.
