    pull ups: 8
    sit ups: 100
    mile and half: 9:43

If any one knows any good exercises to do that will help with pull ups please let me know. I don't have a pull up bar to use so I am having trouble with them.

push ups are really good for your back which you use in pull ups.

    I'm at 20 pullups, 100 situps, 19odd minute 3 mile.

    shoot... thats pretty crazy!

in total honesty, at my last poole function I was at 14 pull ups, 75 sit ups, and 9:15 1/2 mile.

I thought i was in pretty decent shape, but looking at you guys, i feel discontent with myself

nah dude dont be discouraged at where you stand, you should see the kids at our pool functions, there are lots who can only do 1 or 2 pullups, dont past the run, or even situps, so your in great shape compared to the majority.

you don't suck. I was a 300 pfter by the time i got out of boot. BEFORE boot, i did 3 pull ups, 90 sit ups and 12 minute 1 1/2 mile run.

And this is coming from someone who served in the infantry after boot. Just push yourself, and when you are ready to quit? DON'T! Push harder, and you WILL make it.
