    BUMED Denied

    I was wondering if anyone has ever been denied for a penicillin allergy and then appealed the decision and won.

    Read the similar threads under your post.

    As far as I know, there is no appeal process. BUMED is your appeal of the MEPS doctors decision. One cannot appeal an appeal. Your recruiter should know the answer to this question since they deal with BUMED all the time.
