we're talking about just the Black voters, not all Americans which is much higher than most past white Presidents. and today it was up to 39%. It's been proven that if any Republican could get 20% of the Black Vote it would spell real trouble for the Democrats, and if you get from 30-40% that means the Democrats can kiss it goodbye.
