Recruiter is telling me to lie at MEPS

Ok, so i have ADHD and have been taking medication for it for around 10 years. This month i’m gonna stop taking them(i’m a junior in high school). I wanted to enlist early but the rules say i have to be off of my medication for a year. My recruiter is telling me to not wait a year and enlist and just lie to them at meps. He said they don’t have access to my medical records. I really want to get the early enlistment done but i don’t really want to lie and possibly get in huge trouble. What should i do? What should i tell my recruiter? Are there any other ADHD rules that i have to follow to get the waiver accepted? Thanks guys!

Tell your recruiter you're going to talk to his boss about his recommending you commit a fraudulent enlistment knowing the repercussions if the truth ever comes out (which sometimes happens). Let us know what he says.

    Good luck

Your recruiter should be relieved for cause ...

This is the rule, not the exception, when it comes to recruiting. Likely always has been, and likely always will be.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Attent...ivity_disorder

    Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder
    (ADHD)
is a mental disorder of the neurodevelopmental type.[9][10]

It is characterized by problems paying attention, excessive activity, or difficulty controlling behavior which is not appropriate for a person's age.[1][2]

The symptoms appear before a person is twelve years old, are present for more than six months, and cause problems in at least two settings (such as school, home, or recreational activities).[3][11] In children, problems paying attention may result in poor school performance.[1] Although it causes impairment, particularly in modern society, many children with ADHD have a good attention span for tasks they find interesting.[12]

    "Sweetpea"

    You're asking a Medical Question-
    Best asked
    and answered by you
and the doctor that put you on those medications
    in the first place ????

    Some families qualified for a
    "CrazyCheck" by having one or
    more children- prescribed medication
for that (Malidy) ? hope that is the
    correct term -

ADHD may be what you started with-

what you may suffer from now is
    Lazyness,
    lack of ambition,
    or the common sense to
come in and get out of the rain.

    Give it serious thought ?
talk it over with the doctor
    that put you on them-

let us know how you make out.....

    GUYS ???
What name you call your MOMMA ?
    Ho ?

    Start thinking for yourself "Sweetpea"

qualify to enlist = no diploma -
