Almost everything can at a certain point. But anything with intel, sensitive equipment (electronics, weapons, aviation, etc).

Pretty much anything in communications and aviation require a secret clearance.

You need a secret clearance in comms to operate and maintain SIPR or encrypted radio/data networks. In aviation, you need a secret clearance to get access into the flightline for a start.
