Initial PFT
I just got my medical waiver approved on Monday, on teusday I was told I am leaving on Monday (May 7) and then just swore into DEP yesterday. Today I ran and IST to qualify for the CK MOS and I passed. 13:16 mile and a half, 66 ammo can lifts, 104 crunches and 3 pull-ups. I was told today that if I want to keep this job I have to run a 26:30 3 mile at the initial PFT. The last 3 mile I ran was 28:24. Does it seem possible that I could drop two minuets off my time by he initial PFT? Just looking for some advice, thank you.

Why not? You'll have opportunities to run in boot camp with some motivators to keep you going.
