Recon Security Test Worries

So around a couple of weeks ago, I was suspended from my school for being under the influence of a controlled substance. I took the asvab on Halloween, I received a score that will allow me to go to Basic Recon Training, But recently i received a subpoena that states i have to go to court and testify against the person who gave me the substance. If I even passed BRC or got to the Process of taking the Security test would they look at my high school permanent record and/or the court record or statement or whatever they have.

I think you should be more worried about being allowed to ship to bootcamp and earning the title first. No title, no BRC. What's your recruiter saying about your ship date?
