Questions about Marine MOS

Hi, I want to enlist into the Marine Corp, however I got some questions about MOS's. Now what I would love to do as an MOS is cyber security or anything similar to it. What are the possibilities that I will be able to have those MOS's. I want to serve my country and be a proud marine, however after the military I would also want to make a career out of the USMC. Thanks in advance. Any other input is greatly appreciated.

Job Duties of Cyber Network Operators

Marine Corps Cyber Network Specialists do the following:

•Install, configure, and maintain network services, both hardware and software.
•Plan and execute the integration of multiple information systems in a network environment.
•Evaluate and resolve customer information system problems.

Job Requirements:

(1) Must possess a GT score of 110 or higher.

(2) Complete the Data Network Specialist Course, MCCES 29 Palms, CA.

(3) Active duty Marines must have two years of active duty upon completion of training.

(4) Must have a secret security clearance.

(5) Must be a U.S. citizen.

Requirements:

•Entry-level marines must have earned a high school diploma.
•They must pass the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) with a general technical (GT) score of 110 or up

But thats not really my question. My question is you know how in the army you can choose your job. Well how does me getting this MOS work? Do I also just request it if its available, and I get it? I got a 115 GT so score wise im good

MOS 0651, Cyber Network Operator is being transitioned to 0631 or 0671. You would sign a DB contract which opens you up to the following MOS's:
0621, 0627, 0631, and 0671.

MOS 0631, Network Administrator (Sgt to Pvt) PMOS


MOS 0671, Data Systems Administrator (Sgt to Pvt) PMOS

You need Normal Color Perception for MOS 0631 and both MOS's (0631 and 0671) need an EL score of 105 or higher.
