Looking for anyone that served with John Edward Crane 61-64
My father recently passed away. I am gathering information for his grandson (my son) for when he is older. I have no idea what unit he served in. I know he completed recruit training in platoon 104 at parris island april 1961. Another hint was he was a canadian that joined and as far as I know when he left he was still a canadian and moved back to canada. We only have about 3 photos from when he was in the Marines. The rest were destroyed in a varnishing accident and moves throughout the years. I know there was a photo that was cuba 62. Just would like to piece together what unit he served in while he was there and if anyone has photos they could share.
Any info greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Fill out Standard Form 180 (SF-180), mail off. Takes about 9 months to get information.
