Hi i am trying to enlist and my recruiter sent me a list what he need for meps and need some help because what he need it pretty vague

this is it
Current neurology & primary care update regarding migraines, headaches, seizures, esophagitis & hematuria.

i already gave them my medical records. how would i get this information

if these were in your med. records, then you need to have the Doc. that treated you or, your current Doc. provide updates that state you are not having any more problems with these conditions, or that they are controlled..
