heel lift at bootcamp?

When i went down to meps they told me my right leg was longer then the other.Then asked if its ever bothered me i said no and she wrote it down I think. now that ive been running my right hip gets a little sore afterwards. I was wondering if they give people inserts for shoes. ive never used one but the internet said its what people do when the have an uneven leg. If not ill be fine i just was wondering.

They don't issue inserts in bootcamp. But, your parents can mail you a pair as soon as they know your mailing address. Also, you can purchase a pair at the recruit exchange. Recruits shop at the recruit exchange once each phase (so, 3 times total). That's where you'll buy things like stamps, soap, toothpaste, etc. This platoon is on their way back from the recruit exchange:
