AF MOS Description.

Hello Marines. after talking with my recruiter for a while now and going to MEPS. I qualified to the MOS AF (Aviation Mechanics). I just wanted to know more about the job on a daily basis. I know it is what i want to do but what i really want to know is basically how does the selection of the airplanes work. do we get to choose? and also I know I could be doing rotary wings as well. thank you for your help.

AF is a program code (not MOS). Make sure your recruiter explains the difference to you. And, make sure the correct program code is on your contract BEFORE signing it.

UH is the program code for infantry. You can see the importance of knowing the difference.
