Ingrown Toenail

Hello Marines,

Sorry to make a new thread over these things but the old one I saw, I didn't have permission to comment.

I had an ingrown toenail on the right side of my left "big toe." I got it removed. I'm starting to get another ingrown on the opposite side of the same "big toe." Since this would leave me without any nail on that toe, would this be an issue?
