Reasons? Rocky cares about the site and the members on the site. He listens. He does things that need to be done. He doesn't ignore requests to do this or that. He pays attention to the site at all times, does not think he's too good to mix in with folks, and is a great administrator, and this is in sharp contrast to a ship without a rudder in a storm at sea, riding the waves and liable to crash into the rocky shore at any second. No wonder changes are seen within minutes.

I agree with all that's been posted. It's good to have Rocky back because he is a good administrator and a good people person. However, it is also refreshing that the COO re; Gary W. is involved. I have the feeling that if I get banned or given a time out that I'll know the reason why.

Well, Mitch, from what I've seen in 2 short days, Gary W is just as dedicated as Rocky, about the site, how it's run, etc, very hands on but not in a micro-management way at all, just someone who cares about the site, and that is the main thing as far as I'm concerned.

I can't say enough great things about Gary. He lets me run the forum with my new team of just 5 Squad Leaders and trusts my judgement on all matters. We have a great friendship, collaboration, the same vision for the forum and that is why it works.

I'm ecstatic to be back and looking forward to all the great things to come.
