What are the shoulder straps that a USMC recruit guide wears called? And where can this shoulder designators be bought? Maybe not exact copies, but rather shoulder designators like this. Thank you!

What shoulder straps? Are you referring to the brassard (arm band) that the guide wears on his left upper sleeve? To the best of my knowledge, they aren't available anywhere for sale.

those are always made and passed on or retired...not something you can really buy anywhere
