Hey y'all I was wondering if I could get any advice about recruit training? I'm leaving January 19th '15 and I passed all my IST's, barely.
Pull ups: 3
crunches: 68
1.5 miles: 11:58
most I done on pull ups were 5 and idk why it declined but I'm quiet disappointed with it. It gets easier with more weight I lose ( went from 300 lbs to 225 lbs in 11 months) but anyways, I do a lot of assisted pull ups and regular pull ups( I do the pyramid thingy for regular pull ups and do as many as I can on assisted) but it feel like I'm not improving( it might be my diet has something to do with it; Low-carb diet) is there anyway I can bump those up to around 8-10 before I leave? I really don't want to end up in the pork chop battalion.
And also like I previously mentioned. Do y'all have any advice on recruit training for me? Thank you in advance.
