Can someone please explain to me what the MOS CB admin is?

I just swore into the Marine Corps DEP on thursday so I'm pretty new to this all. I found out one of my MOs options which is CB admin but I would need a waiver for it. Can I get a clearer explanation of what that MOS is exactly? I tried researching it online but there isn't much info on it. And it would be great to have some knowledge of it before I choose my job.

Job Description: The legal services specialist MOS 4421 encompasses every facet of legal administration with the exception of courts-martial reporting.
