National guard transfer
Does anyone know if there is a way to transfer from army national guard to marine corps? If so how do you get it done

no there is not, you'll either have to be released from the guard or wait until your contract is over, then go speak with a recruiter.

Go speak with a Marine recruiter. IF the Marine Corps will accept you then you can apply for a Conditional Release from the Guard.
However, the Corps is being reduced in size and are accepting even very few Marine vets for re-enlistment. Thus your chances of being accepted into the Corps are slim.
I presume that you are aware that you have to start at ground zero in the Marines with boot camp, etc. The best rank you will retain would be E-2 (PFC) upon graduation from boot camp.
