Inter service transfer opportunity?

I'm a current army reservist soon to be receiving a commission through ROTC. I've always been interested in the Marine Corps, though the university I'm in does not offer nrotc. Being that I have enlisted experience (though no deployments) and will be an officer, would you say that I might have a chance in getting in through an inter service transfer. If so, would it be an OSO that I would speak with? Thanks!

I know for a fact that no inter-service transfers are happening now nor in the near future.

You can verify this with an OSO.

Interservice transfers are done through a selection board which meets twice a year. They are announced through messages. Here is the last one.
