What is the Marine Corps's Policy on Epilepsy?
I replied to an email to an Army representative's evil just a while back and this is what I got on their policy:
"Seizure Disorders require a five year period off meds and free from seizures along with a normal EEG (Brain wave test) to waive."
Now some months back I spoke to my nearest recruiter who said as long as I haven't had a seizure within a year I'm probably able to get a waiver. I should be going to my neurologist to see if i can get the all clear any time now.
I sent an email to him but he hasn't even responded to the one i sent him a back in late May - this makes me worry that I got my hopes up high by the silver tongue of the recruiter.

*It is not known what causes the seizures, there was one probable cases in third grade but they for sure happened in ninth or tenth grade at a ratio of under three every two to three months. These were mal petit seizures too, the ones were your in a truce.
