They haven't had us run the last 4 poolee functions, but the last time I they did I think I got about 12:00. I've lost more than ten pounds since and I've been running more to get my stamina up so I think there would be a significant improvement by now.

Anyone have any recommendations to improve pull ups? I got 100 sit ups and 12:48 1.5 mile but I barely got through pull ups
