Looking for a Mod to change my status... no responses

I've been away for a while, but came upon a few things that sparked some interest in the site again. I'm a Corporal now, so I'd like to get my status changed. I sent a pm to Sgt Leprechaun and Schaffer because those were the Mods I knew, but I got nothing back.

Who do I e-mail?
What do they need to know?

I've attempted several times to make appropriate changes, but it's apparent that "Squad Leader's" lack that authority to do so..

He's waiting to be changed from poolee to Marine, if any moderator could perhaps assist him.

Squad Leaders/Mods cannot change a status,Admin are the only members who can.
