Why would my recruiter have a poolee function with only another recruit and I?

My recruiter told me that my poolee function this month is just for me and another recruit, who is my friend from high school. He wouldn't tell me anything about what we're doing and he told me that the function was at an Air Force recruiting office, which confused me because we've never gone to another branch's office. Has anyone else done this before? Is it normal?
    Thank you.

Maybe your Recruiter has a friendly rivalry with his Air Force Buddy and wants to put his top 2 Poolees against his 2.

Don't stress, have fun and Kick some Butt !!!

    Let us know what happened.

Sorry I took so long. Online it showed up as an Airforce recruiting office, but it was a building with multiple branch recruiting offices in it. We were just meeting there because my recruiter got moved to that office because his old office got shutdown. It was a normal pool function where we did an IST and played some team games.
