I had a DI SSGT Reed in '89. Tall semi-dark green DI? Does this sound like the same Marine as your SSGT Reed? What a trip!
FYI - I was also Foxtrot Co. in '89.

He was light green Marine and I remember he was from Maryland and made a guy sing "It never rains in Southern California" all the time.

Myself i never heard of sunglasses but we did get some pretty good dope up at the rifle range, but never found any whiskey in the whiskey locker
