nutrition gurus
im trying to get together a pretty decent nutrition plan and was wondering if anyone in here is a nutrition guru

OK....I do not claim to be any 'guru' but having some experience on the subject I'll chime in just to get you started.
Some serious reading on your part will be required.

I don't know if I would call myself a guru but I would a nutrition freak of sorts...
besides setting up a nutrition plan, any specific questions?

thanks i'm starting up that ckd meals again i remember losing bf% alot when i would do this thanks for the link the guys on bb.com are pretty helpful ...
my workout is pretty set got it from a bodybuilder that is certified as a trainer also but i didnt want to pay to get a nutrition program so thats why i asked
